Thank you for your interest in joining the Society of Extraordinary Women (SOEW). We would be thrilled to welcome you as a founding member as we embark on an exciting new phase of our journey. For over a decade, SOEW has been at the forefront of leadership and STEM education, positively impacting thousands through initiatives like the Ignite Leadership and STEM Academy and our Quarterly Conversation Series.
As a founding member of SOEW, you'll be part of a vibrant network that includes scientists, technologists, aviators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders—both women and men who share a passion for advancing STEM education and leadership development. Together, we are dedicated to bridging educational gaps in Southern California's underrepresented communities and reshaping the landscape of technology and leadership across all sectors.
By supporting our Ignite Leadership and STEM Academy, your contribution will empower students with cutting-edge education, preparing them for future academic and professional success.
Our Mission: To empower the next generation of women leaders and innovators through lifelong education and mentorship.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: $500 per year
( Membership coverage begins on the day of the initial payment and automatically renews on the one year anniversary date each year and is payable by check or credit card. Credit card payments renew automatically, while check payments will receive an invoice by email. Cancellation Policy: A request to cancel is required 30 days prior to the renewal date. )

- Opportunities to share your story or participate in insightful interviews with students, which will be featured in the SOEW newsletter

- Advocate for students in underrepresented communities and provide opportunities and access to Leadership and STEM programs
- Amplify the voices and ideas of female STEM professionals through media spotlights, awards, and recognition programs
- Provide scholarships for Ignite Leadership and STEM Academy program students and facilitate career opportunities for young professionals
- Our goal is to create an immersive and inspiring experience that advances women’s involvement and influence in STEM and leadership
